Computer freezing. Bad CPU?

My computer has been crashing at random times. I have replaced the motherboard, GPU, and PSU. Everything on my computer is up to date with current drivers.

Could my problem be a faulty CPU? My build is below.

Just because it's new doesn't mean anything what did you test the memory with.

Ram is more likely than CPU. What are the ram voltages set at? What is the CPU voltage set at?
