computer freezing problem

Ok so on friday i had a power cut and now my computer freezes some times(it neva froze before the powercut).. i think its most probally the harddrive cause i just ran memtest x86 3.3 and it said my ram was all good .. I have 3 hdd how would i know which is couripted(i cant spell) or would it be the OS hdd. would should i just format it and reinstall or is there other things i can do or...

anyhelp would be great.
 
Well many times such problems can be related back to your power supply. Seeing as you had the power failure, perhaps the power supply got damaged somehow? Do you have any other PSU's you could test in your system?
