computer freezing

Recently my computer has just froze in the middle of working on it.Sometimes the cursor appears to jump off the page before freezing.Any thoughts guys?

what are you doing on your pc when it freezes

You could be doing to much multi tasking and your computer just cant handle it. What are your specs? Make sure all drivers are updated.
