Computer Graphic Problem

Hi I turned my computer on this morning and all my pics appear like this :

Anyone got any ideas on whats wrong?

Yes I know what's wrong. Go to your desktop, right click, properties, settings, color quality, set it to Highest (32-bit)
 
then there is something wrong with the driver
try reinstalling the driver of your graphics card !
 
bflat I know how to do that myself hehe I done that first before I asked about it. It still doesnt make a difference.
I am going to try uninstalling the motherboard and then do it again
 
nope that never worked either.
I set it to 32 bit graphics and it only displays the quality of 16 bit.
I took the graphics card out and tried it on my other computer and it works fine and tried the other graphics card in mine and it still only displays at 16bit quality.

I got told to try settings on the bios?
Any ideas?
 
I don't think theres anything in the BIOS that will fix that for you, unless you have integrated graphics.

Re-installing the drivers should work, I dont know why it's not working for you. What video card do you have?
 
Have you disabled the integrated graphics in the BIOS? There may be a driver conflict, which could be causing the problem.

To enter the BIOS, restart you're computer and press either DEL or F2, then look for someway to disable the integrated video.
 
go to start and right click on my computer. press properties. on the window that pops up click the hardware tab and then device manager. scroll down until you see display adapteres. look for your video card and right click and press properties. then go to the driver tab and press update driver
