Hi guys I really need your help. I downloaded torproject and tried to use some sites while i was high and had been up for ages. I was hacked badly. I tried to wipe system with a reinstall of my operating system but the hack was smart and prevented me from properly doing this. I need to know what I should do now. Im typing this from a different computer as mine is ****ed at the moment. How do I delete the hard disk and memory so i can cleanly reinstall windows? What should I do? Plz help!

So you stuck an operating system disc in but it wouldn't let you install? You booted from the OS disc, correct?
 
yeah I rebooted with the OS disk but it wouldn't let me deleate the files that were saved on the hard drive and the CMOS was very strange and clearly bugged. I believe this virus/hack is somehow not letting me wipe the memory via a reeboot.
 
I doubt a hacker can change the look of your bios. However, I'm not sure what could going on with your system without looking at it.
