Computer is BSODing

I tried to install some new drivers for my ATI 4670 AGP, and it won't let me start up. Right after windows loads, it goes into the blue screen. Windows repair does nothing. I'm running Win7 Professional and I don't know how to boot into safe mode. Any help here? I didn't give much of a explanation, but I can explain further if you give me questions.
 
Tap F8 while its booting. Then try uninstalling the drivers and reboot in normal mode.

Hmm, tapping F8 didn't work the first time, so I was a little worried. But now I'm in safe mode and I'll report what happens.
