Computer is Low on Memory

Do you know the reason why this message keeps on popping-up on my screen? It really is inconvenient as all the apps automatically closed after choosing to exit the error.

How can I check it? This pops-up daily. I am not that techy I only use my computer for work. Two of my personal computers is having this message all the time.

What are the computer specs? How much RAM? How much pagefile?

You usually only see this when RAM and pagefile are nearly exhausted or the pagefile was disabled.

How will I know the page file? Sorry, I am not that tech savvy as I only use this laptop for research purposes.
Ram: 4GB DDR3 L, is there a possible way for me to upgrade it?

You probably have way too many programs loading at bootup. Have you ran any malware scans with malwarebytes?

Check your memory managment. See what is eating away at the ram. Check for unused software that run in the background. Do a malware scan to see if any malware is hogging that all up.

RAM is cheap. There are lots of places that will upgrade your system for you. There is probably a brick and mortar facility somewhere in your local vicinity that will perform this task for you at a very reasonable price.
