Computer is making a beeping noise

I finally got everything put into my computer, but it seems that I've encountered a problem... there seems to be a beeping noise and some lights on my motherboard are blinking. The two lights that keep blinking are marked CPU_LED and DRAM_LED.

Also, my USB plugs don't seem to be working. I plugged in my keyboard and mouse and neither seem to turn on. I can't get my monitor off standby mode either which makes me further believe neither of them are working. I have a M4A89TD Pro Motherboard.

Can anyone enlighten me?

No video signal, and it's beeping at you? Sounds like something's faulty. Remove everything that isn't essential...all drives, anything going to the case (except the buttons of course), any extra cards besides your GPU, and all but one of your RAM sticks. Then, see if it will POST. If not, move the RAM stick to another slot and try again. If none work, try a different stick of RAM. If it still doesn't work, try moving your gpu to another PCIe slot.

I think the reason I can't take my computer off standby mode is because the USB ports aren't working. I tried them all and none of them worked. I don't believe anything is wrong with the video input. As for the lights and beeping noise, the beep is faint and only makes the noise when the CPU LED light flashes. I tried what you said and the problem remains.
