Computer is really slow after fresh windows 8 reinstall

Hi! I just reinstalled my computer from windows 8 back to windows 7, after i did that my computer is really slow. I have good fps on games (60) but on my desktop it's really slow and my skype crashes like every 15 min.

Here is my speccs:

Intel Core i5 - 2310 @2,90ghz
8GB RAM
MSI gefore 660Ti 2GB
Windows installed at a Corsair SSD Nova Series 2, 60GB

Please help, It is very annoying that it laggs like this..

Forgot to say, even to load webpages takes very long time, like 3 min.. And I got 6mbit/s and i use to have that and before i reinstalled it took like seconds to load a video/webpage.
 
Go to your motherboard manufacturers site, go to the download section for your board select windows 7 and it will display all drivers and version numbers for your board compare them to the drivers in your device manager.
 
I would try reinstalling again, making sure that you delete the existing partitions and repartition and then install. Is the windows 7 install cd scratched at all?

Actually I did that, and it still slow and no, it isnt scratched
 
Installed the drivers and now when i start windows i get bootmgr is missing when i start my computer..
 
When I reinstalled Windows 7 is pretty sluggish, but after I installed the 160 some Windows Updates it sped up quite a bit. Have you installed all the Windows updates.
 
Almost sounds as if the chipset drivers are not installed. Been a while since I reinstalled Windows, but I do remember that my system was sluggish and I couldn't figure out why till I remembered I hadn't installed the drivers from the manufacturer of the motherboard.
