Thanks for the help i hope i can get this working

already rebooted, reinstalled drivers for my graphic card and still a problem, i ran 3d mark 06 no problems, i cnt figure this out, cybor said they will send me a new grapics card but i dont think that is it. any other suggestions?:(

It's Vista compatible so I see no reason that would happen. APPCRASH 99.9% sounds like "application crash"...

Try older drivers. Newer ones may be better, but still have their bugs.

Something similar to this used to happen to me when I tried to play Gears...I'm not sure if this'll work, but try it:

Start>My Computer>C Drive (or wherever you installed it)>Program Files>Microsoft Games>Binaries

In this folder, they're various files, find "Startup." Right click and select "Run as Administrator"

Let me know if this works...

my opinion

after reading this post i feel that u need to try it in some other system, if the same problem persists then it is due to the modifications in the .exe file (application launcher) , since there might be a mismatch in loading datas from memory addresses to the registers such application crashes could come.

I wouldn't think that it would be anything to do with your graphics card. It would be the game it's self. No need to worry.

ya from what i read the past couple of days this happens alot with gears of war. i was just worried i never played a pc game before so i didnt know what was going on and since it was still under warranty i should make sure.

Thanks for the help guys
