Computer keeps freezing up

Okay my computer was fine until I did something in the BIOS and now my computer freezes up every 10 seconds and I cant do anything! It will pause momentarily and go back to normal and keeps repeating itself. Im just reformatted my computer also. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me.

I don't think this problem should be talked about in this section. I think it should go in "Desktop Computers". You will probably get more help there then here. Also have you scanned your computer for viruses and spyware? Because if you havent then maybe you are infected with something.

I just reformateed my computer so its clrean of everything.

Have you checked the temps?

temps are fine b/c my cpu isnt o/ced and I have a clean hsf with AS5.
