Hey guys,
My computer keeps on restarting at random periods and I have no idea why it does that.
Sometimes it may restart while on the startup screen, while i execute something or while i look through the files on the computer.
Here are the things that I've tried to do:
1) Check the RAM with memtest. No errors.
2) Installed a temperature program to check if it's overheating. It had a decent temperature of about 34 degrees.
3) Reformatted the hard drive, but it still restarts.

Here are the computer specs:

I deleted some of the specs because it went up to 150+ pages of info, and I don't think they're needed.
If you need any other information, please let me know.

Thanks,

Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key to access safe mode options. Highlight and hit enter on "disable automatic restart on system failure". The next time it wants to reboot on you it won't, it will give you a blue screen with an error code on it. We need that error code.

You should scan your HDD with HD Tune. Your tiny HDD must be about worn out by now. You can check the SMART data from the drive in the Health tab and also do an Error Scan. The HDD temperature is shown at the top if it is available.

From the computer Bios menu, select the default setting.

remove unused external devices like USB devices.

If still the same problem, should be the faulty hardware including the HDD controller problem.

Hope this helps!
