COmputer keeps restarting need help

if it reboots when u install windows sounds like the HD....cuz if the CD had an error it wouldn't copy the files...have u checked the fans? not enough cooling or backwards fans can cause that to happen
 
No its not the HDD cause the timing of the reboots eliminates that possibility.

We narrowed down the issue to two parts the PSU or the MOBO and it's most likely the mobo that's shot.

Idk what the mobos freakin out about but possibly due to temp read errors or fan speed errors where the mobo thinks the fan stopped spinning and shuts down.

The Psu could be a problem in the area that it might be overheating

Either way i've given up on this project because due to the extent of damage to the mobo or psu it's just too much work to fix
