computer keeps waking up

hello every one , I have a small problem with my desktop computer , it keeps waking up a few seconds after I tell it to sleep.
I think I know what screwed it up but I am not sure, it started waking up after I installed SketchUp (software), I remember the during the installation a window popped up telling me I need to close windows explorer because it interferes with the installation .
I had a wake up problem before so all the hardware is already not allowed to wake up the computer.
so how can I fix this ?
 
Every thing is disabled , both in the device manager and bios.
I don't think its a hardware problem, I think its some software trigger.
I checked the Task Scheduler nothing there, I just don't know other places to look.
 
My bad , it was the mouse.
To other people who have similar problem, disable the devices from the device manager , not from the control panel.
for some reason it didn't saved the changes I made.
