I'm sorry if this isn't the right section but I didn't find a section quite for this question.
My computer has been "lag spiking" recently. My computer wasn't like this before. I'm sure I don't have a virus or worm etc. All my programs, games internet browser works. But the problem is my computer lag spikes when I do any task. It could be computer related or internet related. For an example: If I was playing a game (such as hon) my screen would freeze for 1-2 secs then resume and do that constantly. It does that every 10 secs or so. i know its not the internet because my laptop + all the computers in the house doesn't do that except my desktop. It does this even if I was just on a regular computer program or i was scrolling down a page on a web browser. Could it be a bad hard drive? someone told me my hard drive is going bad.
