computer lock up

For some reason my computer has just stared completely locking up and turning itsself off when im gaming. When it does this I cant turn it back on for a while, its almost as if its over heating. I have a logitech g19 keyboard so I have been using an app to monitor system temperatures just in case it was a heating issue however my cpu isnt getting over 60c and my video cards are only reaching 70c max before the computer shuts its self off.

does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem could be or how to fix it. cheers.

amd 1055t - stock
Gigabyte 890GPA-UD3h
Gigabyte 6970 crossfire
drivers catalyst 11.12

An unstable system component maybe? Does it ONLY happen while gaming? If so it sounds to me like the game reaches a point where it uses so much of 1 resource making the computer unstable thus shutting it down. Something may be going out on it, I would place my bets on your power supply is failing. At least that is what it sounds like anyhow. ESP if you cannot turn it on for a while, maybe your PS fan failed (or is failing) so it is overheating shutting the computer down
