Computer locks up

Me either, but I'm pulling at straws here... if one of the drives is active when you are playing the game, then perhaps it is overheating and causing a crash... I've seen an overheating CDROM cause problems before.
 
Well, it's doing it without even using the CDroms. In fact, when it's in screensaver, it will do it sometimes too. I changed out video cards and still the same thing. I get a new HD tomorrow, so I am reinstalling windows and removing the current HD, so hopefully(but doubtful) it takes care of the problem. Still looking for ideas though.
 
I reinstalled windows and it has yet to lock up. The simple things.....lol

It is still running warm though. It got up to 51 under load.
