Computer making very annoying sound

My computer just recently started making a very high pitch ringing sound that's driving me nuts..Its not loud at all,in fact can be hard to hear if there is other noise in the room,but makes me cringe like a dog whistle and is driving me and my wife crazy...What could this be???
 
Open the case and pinpoint where the noise is coming from. Could be a fan, the power supply or hard drive, video card.
 
if you have a heavy videocard and the fan is running pretty high, it can shake it and cause it to make squeaking noises
