Computer Malfunctioning

hey guys, recently after couple of mins running, my comp seems like stop responding.. like when i try to open up programs, it wont show up, including the task manager and when i try to restart well everything seems like jammed there.. not responding..

any idea of whats happening here?

First of all, any new hardware or software that could have caused this? If so remove it and see how the computer acts. If you can't start windows normally, go in to safe mode. Then do virus scans, try defragging your hard drive, clean the registry if you can, and if this doesn't help, try system restore. If that doesn't work try to repair your Windows installation with a system disk. If that doesn't work then maybe you need to reformat.
 
If you just got a new HD you might be putting too much load on your PSU. Could you look at the sticker on the side of the PSU and tell us what it says under +12v? It should eb an amperage reading. (At only 350w, I'm not expecting a whole lot).

guess the new software i just installed was, apache web server... now i think its fine =) but probably shows up again

and there's this office watson program found at the end... and in my task manager... dwwin.exe what could this be?
