I didn't know where to post this, so I guess a moderator can move this if he/she finds a better place for it but... I've basically been wondering about downloading music. And, is there any site that will have you subscribe for a monthly price to get unlimited drm free songs?

use the zune software and buy zune pass, it is $15 a month for unlimited music, and you get to keep 10 or 15 songs per months. a way better deal than itunes.

Agreed. Zune pass is great, iTunes is the biggest rip off in the world. All the songs you download are usually in some stupid format that Windows Media Player doesn't recognize, or at least that was my general experience.
