Computer not booting.

I was swapping some parts from my computer over to my brothers computer, as I had just upgraded mine.

Everything was working fine until it came to booting up the OS, the night before I had wiped the HDD using dban. but windows intsalled without any problems, once I put the drive back into the computer and tried to boot. it would hit an error just after the Windows starting logo:

I have done some rooting around, But I cannot find any information on what the cause of this error is. Any insight from you guys could give would be much appreciated.

Yep if you install Windows on one PC onto a HDD, then put it into another PC, it won't boot and will usually blue screen because the hardware is different.

From what I gather, you installed Windows onto a HDD in one PC, then moved the HDD into another PC?

Yes, I only did this because it was giving me this error in the first place.

Yeah as I said above, installing Windows on one PC and then moving it to another PC doesn't usually work, sorry.

Any Ideas on what the error codes might mean?? Can't find a thing about it online.

It's blue screening and not booting because all the hardware configurations are different/have changed most probably.
