computer Not Waking Up

I just built a new computer and installed Windows XP Pro SP2 on it and every once in a while it will go to sleep and when I try to wake it up by jiggleing the mouse or pressing a key on the keyboard it dosent do anythin I tried 2 different monitors and a video card so far nothing has worked. Any suggestions would really help.
 
mine does that sometimes and i have found that ctrl+alt+del work, and i have also change settings to stop it from going to sleep.
