Computer not working...what could be the cause?

Hi...i had a desktop custom build bout alittle over a year ago....today i went to turn it on and i'm getting just a black screen on my monitor...the fans power up, the hd powers up the whole computer in general sounds as though it did everytime i even booted it up before...i thought it may have been a video card issue, so i tried my old one and nothing...same with the monitor, i tried my old one and still getting nothing on screen...i'm not sure what the problem could be...maybe the mobo went bad? maybe my cpu? Here are my general specs i'm running

all parts are about 14 months old:

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L P35
Q6600
EVGA 512-P3-N802-A1 GeForce 8800GT Superclocked 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express

Yeah this is my main computer. I even tried loading my windows disk in the tray before restart but nothing. Things is is I'm not even getting my mobo info that I used to when I started it up just a blank screen. I just tried a new psu as well

when i turn it on, it goes through all the sounds of booting up...fans come on harddrive begins to spin, cpu fan starts, all the usual sounds, monitor will turn on, but i get nothing but a black screen...tried a new psu, monitor, video card, moving about my ram...but still just getting a blank screen....
