Computer only hibernates - won't go to sleep

I tried windows 7 and have even had the same problem in vista. No matter what my settings for sleep, the computer always goes to hibernate s4 instead of sleep s3. I've even changed around my bios settings. Any ideas?

Download Tuneup utilities 2009. In the main window, click on the 'free disk space' tab. Then under the windows function tab, hibernate option wil be set as enabled. Disable this option. Then try to put ur computer in sleep. I think u will be able to succeed this time.

Remember, this is pic of my PC with hibernate already disabled.Dont go for the highlights marked in the pic. This is an old pic I uploaded in this forum. This is just for ur guidance, what to do.
