Computer only starts in safe mode!!!

My computer won't reboot it just crashes after it says windows with the loading bar under it, then i have to turn comp off then on, and log on with safe mode w networking, this happens every time.
Can anyone Help?????????

Do you have System Restore turned on? If so, why not try using that to turn your system back to an earlier date, when all was working fine
