i suggest you go with what i have below actually. it was 500 dollars. very fast and has expandable slots for a video card or whatever. check my signature. its onboard video...
 
Umm the Antec would run circles around the the Hec powersupply. And I don't get why you need 10 of those fans, cause they're cheap and REALLY loud. Your computer will seriously sound like a cyclone (I've used them before ;)).

Those fans are really cheap

I bought 2 of them from a local computer guy for $7 each : $14 for 2 fans (he screwed me)

Or on newegg I can get them for $1.29 each : $12.90 for 10 fans (free shipping)

It's say 28db which isn't that loud or am I wrong??? I'm not planing on useing all 10
