Computer problem.

Okay, I posted this in the "general computer chat" forum before, because I didnt know what it might be. Anyways, I'm here now instead. My computer is making ALOT of more noise, and, I cant play these high graphical games. Before I could play Crysis on the highest graphics without any problem at all, Now I cant even play it on the lowest. I get less than 1FPS. And COD4 has started shutting down itself after about 5mins of gameplay on a server, and no, the whole "activate Stereo Mix" in the sound thingy isnt working. there's something else. I've scanned my comp with the latest version of AVG and Malwarebytes. I also get lag on these 5 year old games.. Posting a HijackThis log aswell:

And no, It's not overheating. The temps are the same as they've allways been. 30 - 40C on the CPU and around 50 on the graphics card.

The temp of your CPU is average for your system, the GPU on the graphics card is a little high, it should be around 40 to 44c (average).

On the log posted point of view. it's full of cr@p that uses large amounts of memory; Google toolbar, Yahoo toolbar, Ask toolbar etc etc. Also you have many Operating System files showing as missing in that log.

Simply put, unless you want to spend hours learning how to repair an OS (which I suggest, as you learn a great deal about the in's and out's of the OS) your looking at using the rescue disk to repair the OS or if you haven't got one, format reload time.

Oh and don't install any cr@ppy toolbars - their lame and memory hogging - lol

Okay... I cant format my computer. I can't boot the CD from BIOS mode, so I cant format my comp. If I install Vista from My Computer - E: I cant format. GAWD! Why don't I get a Boot CD thingy when I start my computer?? What the hell is going on

Go into the bios and make sure that the cd drive is your first boot device, not the hard drive.

Don't worry about the file missing entries, HijackThis simply isn't able to read them on 64 bit systems. There's no sign of any malware in that log, the only thing that is dubious is the Daemon Tools toolbar which, while not malware, is bundled with adware. I would first try (re)installing the latest version of your video driver from www.nvidia.com. Also try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del and noting any processes with high CPU usage.
