Computer Processor Fan Makes Noise

I purchased convertable desktop HP Compaq 2.8 Ghz. After some days I noticed that when ever computer process starts creeping up, the fan over processor also gets speed up and makes noise like it is a dust blower.

Some one has told me that your processor is getting heated up or it has been jammed due to dust. Another one said that there is a, well I dont know, sticker under the fan. If i remove that it will not make such kind of noise

I even heard such noises of processor fan from other's PCs but those were not so loud and so early in the process.

I dont think that my fan is jammed and making noises due to dust because it runs very fast only.

The best thing to do is to open it up and have a look.

It might be something as simple as a cable rubbing slightly against the fan blades.

But still I dont think that any thing is rubbing against the fan blades because that will sound as trrrrrrrr but in this case it sounds as yooooooooon, why?

Does the noise get worse as you stress the machine? I.E. Under heavy workloads.

If it does then it could generally be just a loud fan. Some of the cheap fans make a lot of noise as they speed up. If this is the case then an after market fan will help.

Yes.... by the sound of it, it seems like it has connection with processor workload as the processor does its work the fan also gets speed with the rate of process. If the Process is nearly 100% then yoooooooooooooon.
