I received a email today that a computer company is offering Free Computer Support until July 2007. They will answer your basic computer questions and provide free consulting through their online help desk and live chat system. I tried it out by submitting a a question if I should upgrade to Windows Vista and they had a response returned to me in 6 hours! I was really amazed! I have not tried out the live chat system yet, but I hope to check it out today.
