Ok, so today 05/25 my PC(in sig) has froze on me twice, first time had to hard shut down(hold power button), second time I got a blue screen which shut down by it's self. Windows got a report on it, so ima list what it says to see if anyone knows whats causing my PC to get these random freezes. I have a feeling it's my SSD failing, I hope not.

Most likely your memory is to blame.

really? could it be my MoBo? Because it's strating to act up on offset voltage, so I might end up RMA'ing it. I have my RAM OC'ed actually, it's @1833 from 1600.

The reason I think it's my SSD/MoBo is becuase when my PC froze and I had to restart it, no boot drive was detected. So I went in the BIOS and my MoBo didnt detect my SSD, but all my other HDD's showed. So I had to flick the power switch on my PSU off/on for my MoBo to detect my SSD, which by the way was moved down to the 3rd boot option, so I moved it back up to 1st. I also switch the sata cords around to see if my MoBo sata port/s were bad, but it detects my 1TB in port 0 witch my SSD is/was connected.

EDIT: When I play Diablo III it hangs in game when playing, not much, but for like 2-3sec. random. I can play for like 2-3 hours, or sometimes 15-20min. befor it wants to hang for a sec or two.

I would say the blue screens started to come around the time I OC'ed my ram. Do ya'll really think it's my ram?

Like I said, when I get the blue screens and it reboots my MoBo doesn't detect my SSD/Boot drive. I have to actually flick the power switch on my PSU off/on for my MoBo to see my SSD,btw my MoBo sees my other drives though.

It can do weird things like that. I'd take off the OC and if it still is happening, its something else. You wouldn't notice much difference anyways.
