Computer Related Misprints

I thought it would be pretty funny to see what some companies or advertisements say about computers when they really have no clue what there talking about. Here are a few photos to start it off:

that first one is just hilariously dumb, meaning that its so bad i actually didnt laugh at it... how could a whole company do that and not one single person realise that its wrong

lol. awesome.

I was flipping the channel and saw this dell infomercial, they were totally retarded. they were showing about dual core, and like, they had 2 live videos playing on it once to show it could keep up. they're like, "and look! even after all of this are cpu usage is only 75%!" they bring up task manager "just running these tasks ACTUALLY has 65 processes running! amazing how it still keeps up!"
it has 65 processes because you loaded so much useless stuff on it..

meh, I realize they probably actually know stuff and just wanted to trick people, but it's funny when you know something..

this lady called in and was like "can you download movies?"

hmm, lol.

Well you can to an extent...
Around here theres an ad that says Comcast is the only true highspeed internet and is 4x faster then AT&T and at the end of the commercial they said that Comcast was compared to AT&T 264 kps connection, lol.

were you saying you can about the movies thing? well yeah, but why would one computer's movie downloading capabilities vary from another computer? lol..

Thats pretty funny, espeically the last part.

I like watching the shopping at home network when they talk about computers, since some of the callers have no clue about computers.

No i was talking about the whole copy-righted stuff.

Semi-related, this is by far my favorite infomercial/shoping network goof EVER...

Over at the sword forum, we all get a good laugh atthis guy. Who smacks a blade against a table like that?! That test shows no strength in the blade, even if it wouldn't have broken. Stupid, un-safe, and obviously not a good idea...the people who sell things on home network simply o it for a paycheck, they really know nothign about what they sell.

LOL, same here. I love how they can make people think that the shittiest processor is like so amazing. Those people can sell anything to a bunch of computer idiots.

Hey, it is nice to have some computer idiots in the world, you can sell computer stuff for higher prices. :D

So true. The computer industry thrives on them. Along with people on ebay who scam them into stupid deals.

And the geek squad, this overcharge sooo much on basic services

Thats what i hate about people like PCWorld. On their adverts they say things like " it has a HUUUGE 60GB hard drive and an EXTREMELEY POWERFUL motherboard" lol. Then they show actors desperately pretending to be regular customers saying "OMFG a whole 512 megabytes of RAM!!!"

I find PCWorld adverts so funny. In fact, one is due to open up nearby, and my chavy brother is a friggin CUSTOMER ADVISOR. I shall waste away hours, confusing the hell outta people that work there.

It's gullible computer illiterates that make me not cheat people, I'm an honest person. The first one I found stupid. The last may be justified if you're looking at price data from 2001.
