try taking out the wireless adapter and see if it keeps doing it.

Just a stab in the dark really but if it's still doing it after a reinstall it's probably hardware related.

Hello Hugh,

I uninstalled the wireless adapter. I re-installed Vista Business with the CD Vista but the blue death screen returned.

Hello,

I re-installed the CD Vista Business again the second time. The blue screen appeared again. Can it be the operating system itself that's the problem?

you originally posted this problem in early June and still have the problem?

boot up with "safe mode" by pressing the F8 at startup, then check the event viewer via Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer, and see if you can see any more information relating to your BSOD. Best guess is that theres a driver issue with that wirless adapter like maybe the driver or the adapter itself isnt compatible with vista.

Also try doing a search on the web for STOP: 0X0000007E, and see if you can find anything that is similar to your situation.
