yesterday when i was watching a movie and playing game at the same time my comp just restart by itself then the setup repair(loop) appear. i dont know whats wrong when i try to system restore after it finish i get a system restore "ocurred during system restore" error 0x8000ffff after the system restore is finish. I highly doubt it have anything to do with hardware. i running window 7 64bit service pack 1. try safe mode cant even get to it before setup repair came up.
