my friend have problem with his old PC. today and all last week his pc restarted. Computer is on idle and restarting. sometimes it restarting when whatching youtube. We try to chech video card, try tu reinstall it. but then when pc turn on was beep. we turn off pc, again turn on and it's work. where is problem? There is windows problem or something more? What is solutions for this problem?

It is possible for a processor heatsink to get clogged up with dust and garbage and then cause the processor to overheat. Take a look at the picture below:
