Computer restarts unvoluntarily

Help !!!

ive got a new system ( look at signiture for spec) and every time i change a setting in the bios to overclock or somthing e.c.t ill get to the vista bootloader, select an operating system and after a few seconds the system will appear to turn off and then power its self back on and this process will repeat its self untill i hard reset the bios ( jumpers )

any ideas on what this could be !??

Maybe your not overclocking correctly??? I know its new but it still could be a bad cmos battery. Its also possible that the board is bad.
