Computer restarts when playing games

Just got my new bits and put everything together but as soon as I start to play any games the computer restarts. First thought it may be a power problem so got a bigger power supply,. No change, then thought it might be a heat problem so took the side off and got a big fan pointing in and still no change at all. Tried the latest drivers but still the same.

System is an ASUS P5LD2 motherboard
Pentium D960
4GB RAM
XFX Gforce 6600 Dual DVI 512

Help please
 
I'd check with voltages to make sure. Mine reboots randomly and I think it's because of the power supply. Download SpeedFan or something and check voltages in windows to make certain.
