computer restarts

can anyone help me my computer just restarts by itself i dont know why and when it restarts in windows an error message comes up saying your computer has recovered from a serious error

Typically this is a power supply problem, but it could be about anything... Drivers could have a conflict, other bad hardware, etc etc...

There is also a virus that will do that.
