Will this be a good gaming computer? Good as in not noticably choppy at all for anything. and on a scale of 1 -10 what would it be?
1 being MY laptop speed, i get about 20 fps playing counter-strike 1.6 and 10 being fast like you click on firefox and it loads extremely fast where it pops up right when you click it and... i hope you get what i mean lol

I would go with an amd setup:
Mobo+CPU combo deal:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.212169
or
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.212193

And then ddr3 memory:

If your spending that much on a power supply...you might as well get something with higher wattage such as this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006
or
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018

The velociraptor really isnt necessary. A good 1TB Caviar black can be had for half that price, and use the money you save towards a better graphics card:

Better gpu:

AMD 995BE is better
Go for combo deal with Asus/ MSI Mobo with 790FX chipset if you can afford.

9500GT is low end card. Get 4850/ GTS250
