computer screen not showing anything after ram configuration

i just recently build my computer and everything went fine but after a few days i noticed windows was getting a bit slow but then i remember i forgot to set the ram timing for it so i went into my bios and b4 i did anything i wrote what i did b4 so here is what i did. i went into bios and set my ram timing to 5-5-5-18
CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS and i also changed the TRFC0-TRFC1 to 127.ns and i test it out like 3 times then i changed it back into auto after that my screen just went black with a blinking light on the moniter is there anyway to fix the stupidly ive just done?

Just reset te bios by the jumper on the board or take the battery out for a minute. This is with it off and unplugged.

yea i kinda found that out by looking at the manual but thanks again StrangleHold and btw i cant seem to set the timing right? cause it seems to not working correctly, it just blank in my monitor when i do set it
