computer shutdown

My screen and computer {DELL} shut down only when I go on line, works fine off line. I have changed out screen, VGA cable, Key board and power cord. Any suggestions what the trouble could be ??

What specifically happens? Does it bluescreen?

no it says " auto detect entering power save" then goes black and tower shuts down.

Are you using wireless or lan cable? When you say offline, do you remove the lan cable or what exactly?

Id go into the bios and kill any wake/sleep on LAN settings as well as turning off C and if possible, S states. Also disable sleep from power management in windows. You changed the components that were 100% likely not to be the cause of the issue btw.
