2. What video card?
3. Make and model of power supply?

Have you gone into bios and set up defaults?

Build your system outside of a case and on some cardboard to see if the board is shorting on the case.

Try removing a stick of RAM.

It could be a problem with the power supply, try a different one?

1.Model of motherboard you mean right? / = H61M-P20 (G3)

This problem happened a month ago but i sent to the Service and they fixed They said " We resetted the bios then updated we tried if the problem is with power supply or ram and HDD ,

Yeah but have you tried removing a stick of RAM yourself? It's worth doing because it's so easy to check.

It's also worth checking to see if the board is shorting by running it out of the case for a while.

If you're certain it's not the PSU, RAM or the board shorting then maybe you might have a faulty motherboard. Are you running it with or without your graphics card at the moment?

I tried everything i cleaned the dust and tried without Grahpic card but still nothing i don't rly know what to do i put out the ram and start and there was no beep i think my pc doesn't read the bios any other help and suggestion would be realy good thank you..

Unless you have a motherboard speaker you won't hear a beep.

How many sticks of RAM do you have?

Is it possible to try another power supply?

1.Yes i have that
2. 2 sticks of RAM
3. I tried still no effect
