Computer shuts down by itself

I have Dell opt.260 win XP. Lately it has been shutting down and rebooting for no apparent reason. it shut down after exactly 43 mints. Don’t matter if I am using it or no, I first thought it might overheating, I used dust remover and changed the fans but it didn’t help ..I changed the power supply too.
What should I do to resolve this problem?
 
ummmm, the restart or sudden shutdown of the system , i think, refers to over heat of the CPU, or courrupted OS with virus..
You say that u've removed the dust, and replaced the fan..!
43 minutes is the strangest in this problem ,
I strongly think it's virus

What about the Anti-virus you use?
