computer slow slow slow

Ok, our computer at work is slow wellll we updated a program we work with and now the computer is super slow and we can't handle this.. I thought maybe its graphics but not sure. this is what it has VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP..
also its a XP system.

What can I tell you to try to figure this out?

We updated CorelDraw 12 to CorelDraw graphics suite X6.
Also we put it on a different computer here and it's fine on that computer but the one we use the most is the one lagging and being slow now.

Uninstall and reinstall the program and see if there is a difference. Also what are the system requirements of this program? Does your system meet or exceed these requirements?
