Computer slows/freezes now; got the new version Webroot SecureAnywhere

does anyone think my new slowdowns and freezes have anything to do with the new download version of Webroot?

Webroot is completely different now and has been bought out by another company

yeah, i am okay again; did two things, not sure which one helped, but suspect dumping the new webroot is it

1. installed the free avast and uninstalled webroot

2. switched to aurora from chrome...if/when i go back to chrome and probs return, then will know it was either something with chrome or interface between chrome and webroot

but my computer fast and back to normal now!
