i dont know why, but i move an older motherboard in my case for temporary use, installed a new psu, and add some extra 80mm fans (2), and the computer sounds really loud, allthough the psu that i bought states that it is 'silent' apparently. (and acording to reviews).
i think its the cpu or the gpu (because their old) but im not sure, the cpu is a athlon xp and the gpu is a 9600xt with fan
really anoying, i thought it was going to be super quiet.
