Computer starts up then restarts (Safe mode freezes)

Every time i turn on my computer within 10 seconds it restarts and repeats the process. A box prompts up with an error report saying:

System has recovered from a serious error. I view the technical information it says:

C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf7f2.dir00\Mini082010-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf7f2.dir00\systdata.xml

I click do not send two boxes have popped up indicating a problem they are:

The procedure entry point JS_IsDebuggerFrame could not be located in the dynamic link library Js3250.dlll
and
The instruction at 0x7c80c621 referenced memory at 0x00df0009. The memory could not be read.

Can some one please help me out here, much thanks; i am running windows xp

Not sure if this belongs in the operating systems board, if so can a mod please move it there.

Where are you seeing these two boxes at? Are you getting a BSOD? The one error is a memory error I'm pretty sure, perhaps try a new stick of ram to start to troubleshoot, otherwise what were you doing before this started to happen?

I see them on my desktop, when it starts up and if i try to open firefox or any thing else it restarts. I wasn't really doing anything on this computer, its my desktop that usually sits there while im on my laptop. If theres a way to fix this without having to buy anything i'd much prefer to do that. No BSOD though.
