Computer stuttering.

So I didn't really knew where to put this thread.
What happens, is that every 1-2 seconds, "freezes" for 0.1 sec or so. It is really annoying, and I have no idea what could cause this thing.
Windows XP Proffesional SP2
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1,8 GHz
1GB of DDR RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT
Motherboard is ASRock 939N68PV-GLAN
Chipset GeForce 7050 PV
Southbridge nForce 630a

Temperatures are:
With fan (normal fan) cooling:
Motherboard: 23-24
Processor: 26-27
Processor diode: 31-32
MCP: 44
Aux: 26
GPU Diode: 43-44
HDD: 21

Without fan:
All of them are similar, except MCP that goes 70-78. Processor is around 30-35.

What could cause this? I had this issue before, but it wasn't permanent, now I have it for second day in a row.

All those temperatures look fine. If the MCP is getting that hot (you are talking about Celsius correct?) It's not that alarming, but you may want to make sure that the case is clean and free of dust, as well as the fans.

What hard drive do you have? Most stuttering is due to your hard drive.

Are you sure you're free of viruses and spyware? For XP, I would use Avast! as an antivirus, and use malwarebytes for spyware. Both of those are free.

When was the last time you done a chkdsk /r and defragmented?

Yes, Celsius.
I have Avast installed.
And yeah, I did chkdsk just a while ago, it said that disc is fixed, there were some problems though.
SAMSUNG HD082GJ is my HDD, and I think I had problems with it previously.
I just have to state that I can't afford for any new hardware, so if it won't start to work properly, I'm fu- yeah.

I understand. Well run a chkdsk /r .

The /r is important because thats a repair flag. It will take a while, but may help if there were any orphaned files.

And also defragment. Use either Defraggler or JKDefrag (both are free)

Before you do either of those, download CCleaner and run it to get rid of some useless files.

I have CCleaner, and run it regularly.
About this chkdsk, I did chkdsk /f /r fully, I mean there were problems, but it fixed it. I will try to defragment now I guess.

Oh, yeah if you done a repair, try defragmenting. If that doesn't help it, and you're sure its free of viruses and spyware, and all proper drivers are installed, I would back up all your data and reformat, if its that bad.

So yeah, I defragmentated, and it seems like nothing changed. But there is one important thing that I forgot to tell you. My computer is WEIRD. When I turn it on, and start to play some games, it stutters like hell, but overtime, it is calming down, to the point where it stops to stutter (or it stutters so briefly, that I can't even notice). It was just not stopping last 1,5 days or so, so I started to worry. It is all how it was before, so thanks for your help!
