Computer suddenly off

Dear friends,

I have some problems with my desktop computer. Sometimes, especially on hot and wet days, it may suddenly power off a few minutes after turning it on and cannot be turned on again for about half an hour. However, the light on the motherboard is still on and the problem remains after adding one more fan to the case. Does anybody know what can I do to solve the problems.

Was this system built by you or was this bought from a store? If it was built by you, might need more thermal paste between heatsink and cpu.

Hi Friends,
It sounds like a power supply issue, you might want to check if there is any visible problems with your power supply. And I doubt it can be a software problem. If you can try another PSU and it still doesn't work it might be a motherboard or overheating problem.
