Computer turning off randomly

When I'm on my computer it regularly just started randomly shutting off. It mostly happens when I'm gaming, but sometimes happens when I'm not.

I thought it was my power supply at first but I checked temperatures using speccy and my CPU and motherboard is at 80+. Are these normal temperatures for these components under load? Could my CPU be overheating and making my computer shut down or could it still be a power supply issue?

The CPU fan seems to be running fine, i checked that in case.

Your CPU is definitely overheating. 81oC at likely idle.

Dust it out to start, those 6300's dump some serious heat.
