Computer Virus: Help me Please..

Iam somewhat, of a rookie to computer's so i was reffered to this site, by someone i no, w/ pro's on computer's..

My problem is that, my computer has a virus where I start it up, and after about 15-20 seconds, it automatically restarts and keeps doing that loop.. Ive tried running in the safe mode options, and last known config but all give the same results, the farthest i go is the windows XP login screen.. and just restarts again...

Is there any solutions or things I can do to resolve this issue... ?

If anyone could help me here, repley back, it wil be well appriciated..

Get a windows boot disk. A floppy would be best, as the computer will default to the floppy when you startup. If you use a cd, like win. xp, you will need to tell it to boot from cd on startup in the bios, by pressing del. at startup.
 
ty apj101, I read all that but, I dont no how any of that info can help me, when I cant reach my Desktop or past my startup screen, sry for being an asshole, but iam getting agrrevated, I was jus wondering if there's any other options besides, formatting..
